Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the online shop of Pilates Fit Club based in Monaco.

Destinations

We ship from Monaco to:
• Monaco & France
• European Union countries
• United Kingdom
• Worldwide 

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding Monaco public holidays).
Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Monaco & France: 2–4 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days 
• UK & Switzerland: 3–7 business days
• Worldwide: 5–15 business days  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping promotions may apply.

Customs, Taxes and Import Fees

For orders outside Monaco/EU, customs duties, VAT, and fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses / Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or not being collected, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 3–5 days of expected delivery with photos and order details. We will assist in opening a carrier claim.

Pre-Orders

Pre‑order shipping dates are indicated on product pages. Orders containing pre‑order items ship together unless stated otherwise.

Refund & Return Policy:

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order in accordance with EU consumer rules and standards.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed  

• In original packaging  

• With all accessories, documentation, and labels  

• Returned with original invoice/return form 

No Returns On

• Damaged, soiled, incomplete, or used items 

• Personalized or customized items  

• Hygiene products once opened (e.g., water bottles, grip socks)  

• Digital products once access has begun 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

If the entire order is returned, the value of returned items will be refunded, excluding shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 working days after receiving your return.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If your product is defective, contact us with photos and order details. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund according to EU consumer rules.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed but might be available upon request. Otherwise return your item for refund and place a new order if desired.
